Jim has dedicated 50 plus years to the sale of real estate and now is semi-retired, but still is a licensed broker. He is experienced and has learned many valuable lessons over those years that make dealing with him an educational and pleasant experience. When listing your home Jim will research the current market, checking recent comparable sales and the current competition, to determine the value of your home. The intent is to facilitate a sale at your homes maximum value and as quickly as possible.
Jim has, over the years, lived and done most of his work in Waukesha County, with emphasis on the western part of the County. In addition to his many single-family home sales he has sold horse properties, hundreds of vacant lots and dozens of farms.
During the 50 years plus Jim has also been, and still is, President of J.G. Samuels, Inc. a Design- Build Construction Company that started in 1969. The company specialized in custom homes and also designed and built a variety of commercial projects. Jim was responsible for the design of almost all of these projects. The company is no longer a licensed construction company but Jim is still doing some designing and consulting for other builders and customers with projects close to his office in Eagle Wisconsin.
